Our villa is up front. The pool is up top. Just one block from the beach and next to Coligny Plaza. Plus since our villa in on the front, there is an entire wall of windows letting the sunshine in to brighten and create a warm and happy atmosphere.

Beach villa for rent on Hilton Head Island

Our beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is in the newest building on Forest Beach Drive. It sits one block from the peaceful ocean, and right next door to Coligny Plaza. 

A 4 1/2 hour drive from north Atlanta, takes you to the heart of warm and beautiful Hilton Head Island ocean front community. 

We are located on the second floor so you can take stairs or elevator. On the second floor you are only one flight down to the front gate, and two flights up to the pool.

Our villa is in the front or ocean side of the building. This corner unit gives us an entire wall of windows to let in the sunshine most of the day. In fact we have windows on 3 sides offering a bright, sunny and cheery place to call home. It is professionally landscaped and a true pleasure to visit. 

Our corner unit has a wrap around balcony. One side features a teak dining table to enjoy a quiet leisurely breakfast before heading out to the beach, golf course or tennis court. While the other side features a cozy sitting area to sip a drink, read a good book, do some people watching or just take a nice nap. There is also a lovely fountain just below creating a tranquil ambiance.

Our villa sleeps six. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds. And the queen size sofa bed is in the family room. The master bathroom has a large garden tub and separate shower.

The beach is only steps away for a quiet walk to watch the sunrise. Truly magnificent. Or to end a fun day as the sunsets. The sky can turn as bright red and pink and purple as you have ever seen. It can be the most beautiful sight. Especially in the winter months as the sun sets at the south end of the beach making Hilton Head a wonderful experience any time of the year.

There is a private courtyard on the first floor for a safe place for children to toss a ball or to quietly sit and read.

Pools a plenty. There are plenty of places to get wet. The rooftop pool and hot tub area is sunny and gorgeous. Or walk across the street to the beach where the ocean awaits you. There is a lifeguard in-season, and optional rentals of everything from chairs and umbrellas, to beach bikes and boogey boards.

You can also enjoy the pool at the villa across the street, right on the beach. That way you can enjoy the beach, without getting all sandy. Grab a bite or a drink at the restaurants snack bar. The food and drink are from the restaurant and is actually terrific. There are even bathrooms right there so you don't have to walk back to the villa. Everything you want or need, right there. The choice is yours. They are all beautiful and clean.

Our villa is on the second floor, right up front, which means when you are on the balcony you are low enough to enjoy the view of people walking and biking by, but high enough for privacy.

There is a security code for access to the building so you are as safe as possible. Although Hilton Head is among the most quiet and safe places to be by design.

You can be as active or as quiet as you like. Golf the many gorgeous island courses. Play tennis on one of many island courts. Bike around on miles of safe paths. Shop the many stores. Dine at countless restaurants. Its up to you. 

Once you arrive and park your car, you never have to start it again until you leave. Next door Coligny Plaza has restaurants, a supermarket, and shopping galore. You can actually walk up Pope Avenue for even more.
